KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Diploma or degree in business administration, communications or a related discipline. The equivalent combination of education and experience would be considered;
  • Experience in an administrative or operations support role;
  • Familiarity with contract management processes and event planning;
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), as well as word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar);
  • Promotes and embodies inclusivity and respect within the workplace and the broader community;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities;
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

PREFERRED OR ASSET SKILLS:

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Director, International Student Recruitment, the Operations Coordinator supports the day-to-day operations of the International Student Recruitment team, including the Management Team, International Student Recruitment Officers, and In-Country representatives. The incumbent ensures smooth administrative processes, supports communications, assists with event logistics, and administers contract management workflows.
