We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Operations Coordinator to support daily administrative and coordination activities within the department. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department Assist in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining corporate documentation and records Support basic finance-related processes (LPOs, invoices, tracking, and filing) Proposals reviewing and submission Lead company official communications Ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to internal procedures Support reporting and data tracking as required Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders when needed Assist the department in meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Provide general coordination and team support as assigned Requirements: Previous related experience in an administrative or support role Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Basic understanding of corporate procedures, finance, procurement and documentation processes Experience in tender participation (proposals submission) is a strong advantage Result-oriented with strong attention to the details Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes Reliable and responsible Strong team player with a collaborative mindset Able to work under timelines, pressure, and in a fast-moving environment Pleasant and professional personality
