About the Role
We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to support and streamline the daily operations of CarboNet’s industrial water treatment facility. You’ll be the connector who ensures that projects, processes, and logistics run smoothly — whether it’s coordinating schedules, managing materials, or keeping records accurate and up to date.
This role is hands-on and detail-oriented. You’ll work closely with both the operations and leadership teams to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency on the ground. The successful candidate will bring a can-do attitude, a strong work ethic, and a readiness to grow with our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operational activities across departments
  • Oversee shipping and receiving
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and reporting systems
  • Support adherence to facility safety practices and compliance standards
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation
  • Communicate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth workflow
  • Identify and suggest opportunities to improve efficiency in processes and logistics

Who You Are

  • A detail-obsessed organizer who thrives in structured environments
  • Safety-conscious, reliable, and committed to best practices
  • A strong communicator who bridges operational and team needs
  • Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Eager to learn, adaptable, and motivated to grow with CarboNet

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years in operations, coordination, or administrative roles
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management software)
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across departments

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with safety compliance standards and record-keeping guidelines
  • Exposure to logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain coordination
  • Previous work in fast-scaling or startup environments
