Hamptons are proud to be supporting a childcare centred, residential and supported accommodation provider in recruiting for an integral part of their internal operations team, as an Operations Coordinator.

Responsibilities

Supporting internal operations, with a focus on rota planning and staff coordination across my clients services. This person will play a key role in ensuring their homes are always staffed effectively, enabling them to provide consistent, high-quality care to the children and young people we support.

  • Create, manage, and maintain staff rotas across all services, ensuring adequate cover at all times.
  • Confirm staff availability on a monthly rolling basis and update rotas daily to reflect any changes.
  • Respond quickly to last-minute changes or cancellations to maintain service continuity.
  • Collaborate with Operations and HR to forecast staffing needs for new services.
  • Maintain regular communication with staff to ensure smooth operational delivery.
  • Conduct regular audits at service locations to assess staffing efficiency and identify process improvements.
  • Understand the staffing needs of each service and match staff appropriately to placements.
