This includes tracking and aiding in adhering to a variety of organizational deliverables, auditing processes, and ensuring best practices are shared across leaders. Duties and Responsibilities: Pull reports and data from organizational dashboards to provide to auditors. Track productivity metrics to ensure the team meets Service Level Agreements (SLA): Help monitor fill goals have been entered. Assist w/ & ensure teams are forecasting appropriately. Communication of progress, risks, expectations, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to Service Delivery leaders and team members. Create and send weekly communication to Client Services Leaders ensuring adherence to different organizational deliverables and initiatives. Provide other administrative support to Commercial Operations and client services leaders as needed. Training & Content Localization - Adapt global training materials and communications. Deliver localized training programs. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to encourage the adoption of new tools and methodologies. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Position Requirements Experience: 3+ years in Talent Acquisition Operations supporting process, training, documentation and technology within a global team. 5+ years’ experience in enterprise Application Tracking Systems Experience in a reporting or auditing (or related) experience, preferred. Experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Eightfold preffered. Exposure: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to plan and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, formulate and execute individualized plans for client success concurrently. Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Advanced Excel knowledge preferred 2+ years. Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within talent acquisition strongly preferred. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, or equivalent experience required. Languages: English (written and verbal) is mandatory with Spanish preferable.
