C. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, architecture, project management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or support roles (construction preferred).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong writing and summarization skills (English and French).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Bilingual – French and English (spoken and written).
  • Physically based in Gatineau-Ottawa region and available to work on-site at the office.
  • Experience with AI and familiarity with Microsoft Co-Pilot and ChatGPT.
Responsibilities

A. PURPOSE

  • Support the Operations Manager in implementing the company’s general objectives across all active projects.
  • Assist in coordinating with Project Managers, Coordinators, Supply Chain, Fabrication, and Superintendents to ensure alignment with project goals.
  • Follow up on task completion and deadlines with various team members to ensure timely execution.
  • Conduct initial reviews of offers, contracts, and reports to provide first-level analysis and summaries.
  • Support cross-project coordination and ensure information is shared and tracked efficiently.
  • Help maintain documentation, logs, and dashboards relevant to operational and project oversight.
  • Assist in the organization and tracking of meetings, deadlines, and follow-up actions.
  • Perform basic fact-checking and verifications to support strategic decisions.
  • Facilitate interdepartmental collaboration to enhance communication and ensure efficient task execution.
  • Contribute to improving workflows and internal processes through documentation and proactive feedback.
