Salary: £25,771
Shifts: Monday to Friday ,Various shifts between 7 am to 6 pm.
Hours: 40 Hours

CitySprint have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Coordinator in Leeds.
We are looking for a superstar who enjoys coordinating the activities and efforts of teams to ensure a streamlined and efficient Operation, resulting in excellent service for our customers and colleagues.
A successful Operations Coordinator positively contributes to the success of the Service Centre by supporting the Service Centre Manager/ Operations Manager and all operational functions within the Service Centre to deliver sufficient and timely delivery and collections of all designated Drivers in line with customer SLA’s. Managing Customer and Driver relationships to ensure CitySprint retains a positive commercial reputation.

Responsibilities
  • Answer phone lines promptly and professionally
  • Always manage all direct communications relating to designated driver workload courteously and efficiently in line with Network Utilisation rules.
  • Input event tracking for all bookings and in-transit consignments taken
  • Liaise with both Operations departments and where required Imports, to ensure any imports arrive back in line with correct SLA (transit time)
  • Provide the Customer with updates on all exceptions or issues
  • Request and enter all POD’s from relevant agents
  • Report all discrepancies to Managers
  • Provide quotes when requested to the relevant Customer
  • Monitor the emails for the Service Centre
  • Work with suppliers (agents) to deliver a seamless, high quality Customer Experience
