Description

What You’ll DoOwn day-to-day operations
Manage and coordinate fleet logistics in real time (movement, availability, turnaround)
Oversee charging, maintenance, and vehicle readiness
Define how we operate physically (hubs, service points, vehicle flows)
Work with local councils (parking, permissions, compliance)
Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including:
Councils and parking providers
Infrastructure and parking partners
Suppliers and operational vendors
Support fundraising and strategic discussions where relevant
Identify and solve operational and business bottlenecks quickly
Help design and improve systems as we scale

Who We’re Looking For3+ years experience in operations / startups / consulting or similar
Strong business mindset with deep understanding of how companies operate end-to-end
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous and unpredictable environments
Hands-on and execution-focused
Structured thinker and strong problem solver
Strong communicator, confident interacting with external stakeholders
Bonus if:Experience in mobility, logistics or other operations-heavy businesses
Exposure to working with external stakeholders (e.g. partners, regulators, investors)
Strong analytical or problem-solving background
