POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Operations Coordinator oversees the daily operations and long-term strategy for Fedco’s Organic Growers Supply (OGS) branch, which includes Supplies, Garlic/Bulbs, and Potatoes/Onions/Exotics (POE). This role is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, efficient order fulfillment, inventory control, logistics, and product quality. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of team leadership, strategic thinking, and in-depth knowledge of warehouse management and logistics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of operations, logistics, or related experience.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and logistics software.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and organic certification regulations preferred.
• Broad knowledge of small-scale organic agriculture a plus.
• Commitment to cooperative values and collaborative teamwork.
