FTS Recruitment are looking for an Operations Coordinator for our customer based in Upminster, RM14.
As an Operations Coordinator you will be working for a small established business working in both administration and warehouse - This role is a mixture of both offering variety throughout the day.
Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Upminster, RM14
Rota: Monday to Friday, 08:30am-17:30pm. 1 hour unpaid break.
Salary: £26-30k per annum
Type: This is a Full Time, permanent position.

This is a full time vacancy for an established client that specialises in the design and manufacturing of products. As an Operations Coordinator, you will be joining the team in a busy environment, splitting your time between the office and the warehouse. Your day to day activities will include:

  • Pick and pack goods,
  • Handle goods in/out,
  • Prepare goods for shipment
  • Perform stock count and control,
  • Sales order processing,
  • Client query handling via telephone, email and face to face,
  • General administration.

  • Good communication skills - verbal, telephone, email,
  • Computer literacy,
  • Organisation and attention to detail,
  • UK driving licence and your own transport

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have own transport due to location
  • Must be ok with heavy lifting
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year warehouse experience
  • Must have a minimum of 1 year admin experience
