THE ROLE As an Operations Coordinator for the Petroleum and Lubricant Division, you will support the daily activities that keep our operations running safely and efficiently. This position works closely with the Director of Operations and field teams to maintain accurate records, coordinate compliance-related activities, and provide administrative and technical support for our Paramount facility. You’ll join a team that values attention to detail, reliability, and collaboration. AS A MEMBER OF THE TEAM, YOU WILL: * Support daily and weekly operational activities including inventory reconciliation, railcar scheduling, and recordkeeping in systems such as MobileHub, P21, and the Union Pacific portal. * Maintain accurate logs and compliance documentation, including tank changeovers, repackaging, stormwater sampling, fleet registrations, and customer complaint records in accordance with ExxonMobil (XOM) requirements. * Assist with regulatory scheduling and inspection tracking for agencies such as AQMD, LADPW, Weights and Measures, USCG, CHP, and DOT. * Monitor facility conditions through daily walkthroughs, vendor coordination, and maintenance follow-up. * Provide administrative and technical support for systems and field staff, including driver assistance with Samsara and MobileHub access. * Assist with DEF cardlock installation tasks, vendor coordination, and tote delivery tracking to ensure timely recovery of company equipment. * Prepare and assemble paperwork for marine dispatch and audits, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation. * Perform daily lubricant sampling and logging in accordance with company procedures and support data collection for audits and inspections.. WE REQUIRE THAT YOU HAVE:           * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments, vendors, and facility staff. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, filters, pivot tables) and able to use operational systems such as MobileHub, Samsara, and Union Pacific portals. * Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of maintaining multiple logs, reconciliations, and compliance records in a fast-paced environment. * Customer-focused mindset with the ability to troubleshoot driver, facility, and system issues and follow through to resolution. * Basic technical aptitude to support troubleshooting of facility systems and coordinate with vendors for repairs and maintenance. * Familiarity with fueling infrastructure, tank farm operations, marine dispatch, or petroleum systems preferred; willingness to learn is essential. * Demonstrated initiative, adaptability, and a respectful, team-oriented approach to working under general supervision.   EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or technical training preferred. * 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, compliance, or technical support; prior experience in the lubricant, fuel, or marine industry preferred but not required. * Experience in a coordinator or assistant role supporting operational or field teams is acceptable.   Work Environment: This position operates primarily in an office setting with periodic visits to facility or warehouse areas.
