This open position shall be on a permanent contract basis. Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements: * Graduates with minimum of 3 years of experience * Certification from Customer Service / Operations background would be added advantage. * Intermediate to advanced level skill in MS Excel, Word & MS Access * Excellent command of written and spoken English and French As an organization, We provide a robust training program.
