Job Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Horncastle
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£30,000.00 per year (Dependant on experience)​
A local expanding business is looking for a Operations Coordinator, to work in small business based near Horncastle. Excellent rates of pay for the right candidate. Career advancement potential, child-friendly hours and flexibility to work partly from home.
Job Summary
Due to expansion we are looking to appoint someone to a new role as Operations Coordinator to assist the Associate Director in the general running of the operations side of the business. The job is based in a small office near Horncastle but there is some flexibility to work from home.
Core responsibilities and duties.
You will be responsible for organising and liaising with our field engineers, preparing, writing and checking reports. We want you to do your best for the company, enjoy your working day, take satisfaction from your job and feel appreciated and valued.
Qualifications and Skills
Must be punctual with an excellent attendance record and commitment to reach deadlines. An accomplished level of English language grammar is required together with the ability to produce written reports to a high standard. You should consider yourself as personable, friendly, helpful, approachable, honest, reliable, trustworthy and with a flexible approach to working arrangements. The ability to work on your own and as part of a small team and to structure your own working day to prioritise and meet deadlines will be required as is a willingness to understand the company culture of excellence in our product and top level customer service. Desirable Experience with Mac computers, the potential to positively impact a business.
