Description

We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Coordinator to join our client in Great Chesterford. You will play a key role in managing office operations, supporting bookkeeping, providing ICT assistance, diary support, and coordinating events.
This role is fully office-based with a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum and offers a 35-hour working company and 3rd party events is required, therefore flexibility is essential.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of accounting software
  • Basic IT troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
  • Identifying, suggesting and implementing solutions that will make UKSPA operate more smoothly on a day-day basis
  • Provide basic IT support, troubleshooting common office technology issues.
  • Maintain office systems, including CRM databases and supplies inventory, suggesting and implementing solutions for improved Information Management.
  • Assist the finance team with financial administration using Xero accounting software
  • PA/EA support to senior staff and CEO, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Coordination of corporate events both physical and virtual, managing logistics, invitations, and on-the-day support.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team, handling communications and assisting with projects.
