Description Job Type: Full time Shift Schedule: Monday through Friday 7 am to 330 pm Salary: $20.00/hr ** Pre-employment background check and drug screen required. Operations Coordinator Job Duties: AP Invoice Management Code invoices and communicate to AP department Scan picking slips to Corp share folder Purchase Order Receipts Receipt Non-Stock supplies Receipt Raw material (Sawdust) Receipt Packaging Material Human Resources Coordination Work with senior HR staff on all initiatives including but not limited to: Onsite HR support, New Employee Onboarding support, Payroll support, Timeclock support, general HR recordkeeping, onsite benefits coordination Daily Reporting Review daily bagging reports and update finished goods inventory (Build assemblies) Month End Close Support the finance department on all month end close procedures including but not limited to physical inventory, AP Invoice management. Shipping Printing BOLs/Picking slips Reconciling BOLs and doing ship all function in Sage Communicating BOLs with AR Dept. for invoicing Signing trucks in and out of the plant for outgoing shipments.
