• What are you going to do?Independently planning, booking and coordinating container transports within Europe and for export;
• Monitoring transports, delivery times, loading schedules and any delays;
• Providing and checking transport documentation and Incoterms;
• Maintaining daily contact with forwarders, hauliers and storage partners;
• Resolving transport issues, such as delays, damage or missing documentation;
• Coordinate with Trade, QA and Finance on logistics and commercial agreements;
• Monitoring data quality and correctly processing information in PowerTrade and other systems;
• Identifying and implementing improvements in logistics processes;
• Supporting and guiding junior colleagues and contributing to strong team performance.
• What are you bringing?A completed HBO education in Logistics, Supply Chain or similar;
• 2-4 years of experience in international logistics, export or transport;
• Good knowledge of Incoterms, transport documentation and various transport modalities;
• Experience with an ERP or TMS system;
• You are accurate, independent and have strong communication skills;
• You think ahead, take responsibility and are solution-oriented;
• Good command of the English language; other languages ​​are an advantage.
