Your Role You’ll be the operational hub—coordinating maintenance, managing vendors, and keeping systems current across AppFolio, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace. Success looks like accurate files, on-time workflows, and visible improvements to how work gets done. You’ll: Coordinate maintenance scheduling, access, and follow-through. Manage day-to-day tenant and vendor communication. Process invoices, rent posting, and deposits in AppFolio. Track receipts and expenses for monthly reconciliation. Prepare simple reports and month-end checklists. Maintain leases, notices, and organized digital folders. Update listings, verify photos, pricing, and availability. Support office logistics, shipments, and small projects. You Bring: 2+ years in operations, admin, or property coordination. Clear, professional written and verbal communication. Strong organization, accuracy, and follow-through under deadlines. Comfort with AppFolio (or similar), QuickBooks, Google Workspace. Ability to juggle priorities and document decisions. Proactive, service-oriented mindset and accountability. Bonus Points: Property management or real estate operations experience. Vendor management and basic accounting support exposure. zInspector familiarity and spreadsheet/reporting fluency. Interest in growing toward Associate Property Manager.
