• Coordination of a test operation: You plan, coordinate and implement the work steps in your area of responsibility. You will work closely with the company owners to achieve optimum results.
• Analysis and optimization: You analyze the NEXAT system, identify potential for improvement and initiate technical adjustments. You record your findings in precise reports.
• Team leadership: With your motivating manner, you give your colleagues (m/f/d) a boost, ensure clear structures and are the central point of contact for all operational issues.
• Hands-on mentality: You are actively involved and use your own initiative to help ensure that operations run efficiently and smoothly.
