Description
Enlight is seeking a Business Operations Coordinator to support the renewable assets operations. This role involves high-level coordination and a hands-on administrative role within a complex operational environment, supporting the operational, regulatory, financial, and reporting requirements, and ensuring proper workflows of the department across multiple internal teams and external parties Responsibilities Provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Asset Managers. Support the coordination of daily assets operations tasks and ensure smooth workflow across the department. Invoice management. Monitor, validate, and document material data across the department’s operational and financial processes, maintaining the accuracy and integrity of tracking files and reports. Coordinate the administrative workflow of green certificate (GoO) operations across the portfolio, supporting timely execution. Coordinate operational schedules, deadlines, and recurring deliverables across the department, following up with internal and external parties to ensure on-time execution. Monitor key performance indicators across the portfolio. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - an advantage At least 3 years of experience in operations coordination or similar roles. Strong organizational skills with proven ability to coordinate across multiple internal and external stakeholders and parallel processes. Ability to work at pace in a high-volume environment, managing multiple parallel tasks and commitments. Highly attentive to detail, with the ability to maintain accuracy under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High-level written and verbal English Advanced proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite; familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) – an advantage. Familiarity with renewable energy operations or Asset Management - an advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Asset Managers within the renewable assets sector. Coordinate workflows, manage invoices, and monitor KPIs to ensure the timely execution of regulatory and financial requirements.
