Mercy Street is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to support Mercy Street’s daily activities across multiple locations by managing office operations, administrative tasks, and operational systems to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Key responsibilities include, ordering supplies, managing vendors, providing IT and accounting support, assist in maintaining facilities, and supporting staff and volunteers to help Mercy Street achieve its mission and vision.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with a non-profit in Operations or administrative role a plus
  • Directly supporting the Executive Vice President & COO with administrative tasks including but not limited to expenses, calendar management, vendor management & scheduling, compliance adherence, etc.
  • Technical skills – proficiency in relevant software, Microsoft office suite, Google workplace, inventory management, work order management system, vendor management tools, building management
  • Soft skills – strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication
