Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our Pickles Mining group at our facility based in Moranbah, QLD 4744. Enjoy the security of this permanent full-time position working Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING:

  • Manage and maintain the Moranbah facility including overseeing WHS
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing stock and deliveries for the facility, ensuring items are accurately entered into our system, valued, photographed and uploaded to the website
  • Unload all goods coming into the facility and then load purchased goods onto transport after auction
  • Review stock reports to ensure the steady flow through the site by placing assets to sale
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships
  • Assist with asset inspections for our Valuations team and their clients

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

  • Valid Australian drivers’ licence and forklift licence are essential
  • Experience working with heavy machinery or a relevant trade certification would be advantageous
  • High level interpersonal skills and proven experience building and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to learn and use new systems and databases
  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomousl
