In this job you will be part of the Global Commercial Operations team and work closely with both external & internal stakeholders. Your external stakeholders mainly will be suppliers, ship owners, customs brokers, storage terminals, inspectors, agents & other service providersYou will independently & proactively manage: Dedicated day-to-day operations, contract execution, sustainability criteria management, inventory quality & quantity monitoring. Sharing live information to all relevant stakeholders to minimize exposure & optimize contract performance, adding value & ensuring compliance Desk instructions documented and kept up-to date. Inventory management & reconciliation in compliance with Neste principles & processes Proactive internal & external collaboration & communication ensuring optimal contract performance.
