Merakey is seeking an Executive Operations Coordinator, PRN to join our Adult Behavioral Health (ABH) team. This role provides high-level administrative and operational support across the department, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality in service delivery. The Executive Operations Coordinator is a key partner to leadership, helping drive operational excellence and positive outcomes for the individuals and communities we serve.   As an Operations Coordinator, you will: * Coordinate daily operations and administrative functions for the Adult Behavioral Health leadership team. * Manage calendars, schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure department efficiency. * Support project management by tracking deadlines, action items, and deliverables across the division. * Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for senior leadership review. * Serve as a central point of contact between leadership, staff, and internal departments to streamline workflows. Qualifications * 2+ years direct related experience in a corporate/administration environment preferred. * Demonstrated intermediate to advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite of solutions. * Ability at intermediate level with such systems as Teams, SurveyMonkey, Smartsheet, Zoom, SharePoint and the ability to pick up new technology quickly.
