SOP Development & Operations continuous improvement: Develop, implement, and regularly update SOPs for logistics and product service & delivery processes to ensure efficiency and adherence to standards. 2. Logistics Management: Oversee inventory, distribution, transportation, order fulfillment, and warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and smooth flow. Manage inventory supply, conduct regular counts and audit, and ensure zero stock issues. Monitor warehouse partner performance, ensuring operational accuracy aligns with standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on forecasting and stock management. Analyze inventory data with Data Analysts to identify trends and optimize procurement and operational costs. 3. Product Service & Delivery: Support product development projects by ensuring compliance with regulations and obtaining necessary certifications. Ensure packaging, logistics, and all product details meet established standards. Develop and deliver training to retail staff (SPG/B), ensuring SOP adherence, optimal sales performance, and well-stocked inventory at offline locations. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in management, business, or any major. Having min. 2 years of experience in logistics and inventory management (70%) and product service and delivery (30%), SOP Development and Operations continuous improvement. Attention to detail. Having good empathetic listening and communication skills. Having good interpersonal communication skills, able to coordinate needs and requirements across different teams. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and possess great flexibility.
