OPERATIONS COORDINATOR PART-TIME 2 DAYS PER WEEK (14 HOURS)

Location: Bagshot, Surrey
Salary: £15-18,000 per annum for the actual hours worked.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Assisting in the delivery of projects, from set-up through to completion.
• Coordinating people and processes to keep everything moving on time and within budget.
• Supporting the Operations Director with daily operational tasks and ad-hoc projects.
• Preparing and maintaining operations documents, reports, and management information.
• Helping to ensure the business complies with FCA, ICO, and regulatory requirements.
• Liaising with IT consultants and supporting the management of IT systems.
• Coordinating team days, staff training, events, and conferences.
• Managing office supplies and handling key administrative duties.
• Identifying operational challenges and finding solutions quickly.
