Job DetailsJob Location: DUBLIN, OH 43017Salary Range: $48,000.00 - $56,000.00 Salary/yearAt Roto, the Operations Coordinator role provides proactive support for executive leaders, project teams and facility management. This role manages tasks pivotal for operational efficiency amidst busy schedules and entails coordination of all shipping, receiving, and building maintenance operations. Our Operation Coordinator must possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate strong organizational abilities and technical proficiency to ensure smooth product flow, offer project support, and uphold facility functionality. Primary Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including drafting communications, coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and preparing documentation. Conduct research, organize data, support basic bookkeeping tasks and oversee common office tasks, including managing incoming calls and assisting Part‑Time Office Coordinator with catering and visitor sign‑in/out procedures. Direct subcontracted labor for exhibit delivery needs and assist with coordination and management of business travel. Coordinate building and facilities maintenance, including issue resolution, vendor management, and technical troubleshooting, maintaining awareness of the facility environment. Monitor cleaning services, forklift and equipment maintenance schedules, and general facility upkeep. Manage shipping and receiving functions, including courier procurement, shipping documentation, tracking, returns, and receiving incoming packages. Oversee inventory management for supplies, equipment, and project needs. Collaborate internally to research, analyze, and propose new initiatives; evaluate existing programs; and support implementation efforts to drive innovation and operational improvement. Experience, Skills, and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact effectively with internal teams, leadership, vendors, and external partners. Strong organizational abilities with demonstrated success managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Advanced technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, general computer use, web navigation, and online research. Ability to lift 50 lbs. consistently and operate a forklift is required (training provided). Effective problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement resolutions. Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams toward shared goals. Adaptability and flexibility to adjust strategies, plans, and tasks as priorities evolve. Familiarity with shipping/receiving workflows, logistics, and inventory management (preferred). Familiarity with budgeting, cost control, or financial oversight related to facility operations is a plus. General knowledge of trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, painting, IT, HVAC, and general maintenance (preferred, not required). Basic understanding of audio/video equipment (preferred, not required).
