Sarens Canada is currently recruiting for an Operations Coordinator based out of our Fort Saskatchewan AB Branch.
This is a full-time permanent position reporting to the VP Western Canada This position will be responsible for the following responsibilities and tasks (but not limited to);

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

High school diploma/GED required.
Excellent communication and people management skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

2-5 Years experience in a similar role
Project Management training considered an asset
Experience in complex and competitive environments
Able to read and understand technical documentation
Adequate knowledge of cranes, special transport execution and equipment
Excellent customer service, organization, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Experience in obtaining overweight & over dimensional transport permits for equipment in Western Canada.
