ACCOUNTABILITIES:
As an Operations Coordinator/Shift Manager for Nights in Syringe Fill & Assembly (SFA), you’ll be part of a newly installed, highly automated department within expanding manufacturing facilities. Your focus will be on SF&A activities, directing teams and reporting to the Senior Process Leader - Operations. You’ll coordinate people and manage production processes and equipment according to schedules, ensuring quality, volume, cost, and waste reduction standards are met. Maximise asset output while complying with SHE, Quality, and GMP standards to achieve ambitious business goals. ESSENTIAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

Drive the minute-by-minute lean performance across the line for the shift team to maximise production outputs during the shift.
’On the job’ direction of a shift team of SF&A operators and in the execution of specific stages/activities of the manufacturing process.
Hands-on support for the operational teams working with electronic systems.
Smooth operation and flow activities to achieve the target daily capacity.
Level the team workload across the stations, eliminate waste, responding and removing bottlenecks in a shift to meet daily plan (responsible for the organisation of staggered breaks/staggered starts, etc.).
Responsible for removing waste (Lean) by responding to signals and KPI’s from digital tools like TrackSys, Smart-Factory Rx, etc, to optimise the flow of the asset.
Drive problem solving and Continuous Improvement: Level 0 facilitator to ensure the definition of any issue is clear and to ensure the appropriate support is engaged if escalation is required.
Focus on Changeover Reduction; Be a “PIT STOP” Leader ensuring effective preparation, communication, and execution of changeover procedures across all stations of the line.
