I’m currently working with a well-established and growing organisation based in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, who are looking to expand their Head Office team with the addition of an Operations Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of a busy operations team.
In this role, you’ll be supporting a nationwide field-based team, managing schedules, coordinating large projects, and acting as a key point of contact between engineers, suppliers, and internal departments. It’s a varied and rewarding position, ideal for someone highly organised with excellent communication skills.
· Scheduling work for engineers using a leading CRM system
· Planning and coordinating large-scale projects
· Processing field reports and creating parts lists
· Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes, order parts, and manage deliveries
· Updating and maintaining the customer database
· Delivering excellent customer service across all touchpoints
