:Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations Support
  • Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
  • Monitor and manage schedules, logistics, and administrative processes.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between Client and Technician to ensure clear communication and timely execution of tasks.
  • Coordinate with clients, and internal teams to support business needs.
  • Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain organized records of operational activities, reports,
  • Prepare regular updates and reports for management on project progress and operational status.
  • Problem-Solving & Process Improvement
  • Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Support Management
  • Assist senior managers with operational planning, event coordination, and administrative duties.
  • Support HR or finance teams with basic operational tasks when required.
