The Role… As Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for providing professional pro-active and confidential support on a day-to-day basis to the Farmhouse Director and and surrounding team. This will require you to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, becoming a key member of the operations team. In this role, organisational skills are a must. The UK Operations Coordinator will possess excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills being able to work with a range of stakeholders and the wider business. Main Duties Coordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, preparing agendas, documents, and minutes where required. Manage written communications, reports, and correspondence on behalf of the Farmhouse Director and operations team. Support projects and initiatives, ensuring clear planning, effective communication, and timely delivery of all actions. Monitor and distribute weekly reports (WSR, Chilli reports, KPI data) to relevant stakeholders. Provide administrative support including diary management, travel coordination, and expense processing. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a key point of contact for the operations team. Contribute to the smooth running of daily operations, using initiative to resolve issues and support business priorities.
