QUALIFICATIONS

· High School diploma, or equivalent; diploma in supply chain/logistics preferred
· Have a minimum of two years’ experience in a customer service environment
· One or more years previous experience in the transportation industry
· Able to work after hours
· Able to work on stat holidays
· High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
· Ability to work independently, time manage and handle multiple tasks
· Effective attention to detail and a high degree of data entry accuracy
· Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
· Ability to handle stressful situations in a fast-paced work environment
· Strong problem identification and problem resolution skills
· Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization and execution skills
· Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
· Able to work the 5 am - 1:30 pm shift

Pay: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Onboard and train new agents on company software, policies, and procedures
· Provide ongoing training and troubleshooting support to agents and staff
· Assist agents with customer inquiries, including business onboarding, claims, and insurance-related queries
· Provide guidance and support to agents on unfamiliar transportation moves, claims management, and insurance documentation
· Update and maintain carrier database profiles
· Data entry for carrier set up, overrides and compliances
· Update and maintain carrier database profiles
· Assist the finance department with any overdue paperwork for agents
· Assist A/R as needed with the processing of load contracts for invoicing
· Maintain weekly report for release by Tuesday, or as information becomes available from sales/leadership quote and profile
· Provide afterhours support to the SPI network
· Act as the intermediary for all inquiries between agents and office staff
