We are looking for multiple profiles as Operations Coordinator for Stolt Tank Containers (STC).  In the summer of 2023, we opened our new office in Ljubljana, and we are continuously growing. Stolt Tank Containers (STC) is a leading provider of door-to-door transportation services for bulk- liquid chemicals and food-grade products. With a fleet of more than 50,000 tank containers, STC is the only operator with its own worldwide network of 22 owned and joint venture depots. What you will be doing The Operations Coordinator is responsible for efficiently managing interactions with suppliers and customers, meticulously maintaining records, and ensuring that operations run smoothly while adhering to safety regulations. The role is pivotal in resolving issues and facilitating effective communication among STC, our suppliers, and our customers. In this role you mainly focus on monitoring import documentation.  You are also involved in invoicing as well as compliance and safety regulations, registering events where safety regulations had not been properly followed by suppliers. Key Responsibilities •    Monitor and control the end-to-end process for imports. •    Verify estimated arrival information, sending documentation to the customer, and create/distribute release instructions to the ocean carriers and terminals. •    Ensure STC’s billing procedures are executed with precision and efficiency.   •    Issue invoices for additional charges to customer in accordance with STC’s additional charge tariff and/or per customer specific billing requirements. •    Regarding safety and compliance, register events/non-conformities when suppliers fail to meet STC’s and/or customers’ expectations for quality of service. Qualifications We are looking for candidates that demonstrated strong customer service skills and are able to provide the best experience to our customers. A logistic background is preferred, but not mandatory.  •    Fluency in English is a must, and good command of French is desirable. •    Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively gather information to suppliers, customers, and internal teams. •    Ability to work effectively as part of a team. •    Ability to actively engage in problem resolution with a capacity to think critically and meticulous attention to details. •    Desire to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills relevant to the role, with a growth mindset and a commitment to personal development.
