• Support day‑to‑day store operations across multiple luxury brands
• Partner with store and customer care teams to resolve service issues quickly and protect brand reputation
• Monitor compliance, safety, and loss prevention requirements
• Coordinate communications, tools, and training rollouts for retail teams
• Liaise with warehouse, contractors, and suppliers to keep operations running smoothly
