Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE:

An office-based role, this is the chance to make a difference and become a key player in the growing TektaTeam!
Supports our customers, internal team and engineers to complete all repairs, maintenance and small works quickly and efficiently. Working within a busy team you will be an essential part of ensuring customer delight.
You’ll need excellent organisation and communication skills, a keen eye for detail and be able to meet tight deadlines.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Make customers happy!
  • Complete quotes for repairs and small works.
  • Follow up with the customers to ensure they have it and whether they would like to proceed.
  • Support customers by meeting tight SLA’s on repairs and call outs, including managing the Engineer schedule for your region.
  • Work with engineers, suppliers and customers to uncover root causes of issues and recommend the correct solutions
  • Purchasing parts required for repair works and organising transport.
  • Work with the rest of the team to plan the maintenance schedule, complete certificates and follow up with clients.
  • Complete Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) for jobs and ensure all other necessary paperwork is in place.
  • Approve job cards and complete invoicing.
  • Attend regular account reviews and update meetings with clients.
  • Work with the Sales team to grow customer revenue.
  • Maintain the customer job and asset register to ensure accuracy.
  • Take part in continuous improvement projects.
