OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be the backbone of our daily operations, facilitating communication and coordination among departments. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized individual with excellent oral and written communication skills, capable of multitasking and maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Logistics and Transportation, preferably in an outbound and/or inbound coordination role.
  • Basic experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word are required.
  • Must be able to work a rotating shift - Sunday to Thursday / Tuesday to Saturday
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and consistently demonstrate professional conduct with colleagues.
    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
    Pay: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe, secure, and equitable work environment for all team members.

  • Flexibility to perform duties beyond regular work hours, working overtime as needed.
  • Assist the supervisor in ensuring adequate daily staffing levels and scheduling.
  • Communicate daily operational updates, emails, priorities, and tasks to team members.
  • Lead a team of warehouse employees to complete tasks such as replenishment, cycle counting, order picking and packing, and general facility housekeeping.
  • Oversee shift operations, opening/closing of facility, ensuring daily Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets are met.
  • Report system issues promptly to ensure smooth operations and timely shipment of client orders.
