Description
bout the Requirements:Own the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice (OTI) process for assigned markets, ensuring timely order fulfillment and invoice creation.
Lead supply network planning activities, including inventory monitoring, demand coverage, allocation management, and stock-out risk mitigation.
Coordinate with manufacturing sites, distribution centers, and logistics partners to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
Manage replenishment requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain service levels and supply continuity.
Maintain accurate master data and planning parameters across assigned markets and customer locations.
Drive performance against key metrics including OTIF, inventory health, stock-outs, customer satisfaction, and compliance requirements.
Partner with Supply Planning, Compliance, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, and Commercial teams to optimize processes and support continuous improvement initiatives.
About You:Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, supply planning, or supply network operations.
Experience working within a multinational, matrix, or regional environment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, OMP, or similar planning systems is advantageous.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, medical devices, or other regulated industry experience is highly preferred.
