The Operations Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, employee support, and excellent client service. This position requires strong multitasking, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure. The Operations Coordinator acts as a company ambassador, liaising with staff, clients, and vendors with enthusiasm and positive energy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and QuickBooks
  • Analytical thinker with initiative, attention to detail, and sound judgment.
  • Experience in operations, scheduling, or administrative coordination preferred.

Responsibilities

Operational & Administrative Support

  • Review daily schedules and dispatch staff, ensuring coverage for absences.
  • Assign and monitor work orders, supply deliveries, and suite assignments.
  • Support staff inquiries (keys, shifts, contract details).
  • Conduct daily debriefs with the Facilities Manager to plan adjustments and resolve issues.
  • Answer phone calls and emails professionally, providing quick and effective solutions.
