Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS ROLE

  • Part time (0.8FTE) ongoing position
  • Salary range: $101,869 - $118,844 (pro rata) plus super plus salary packaging
  • Up to $15,900 in salary packaging and hybrid WFH & office model

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role leads and supervises the Operations team to ensure the quality delivery of legal assistance services to our organisation and practice partners, including private practitioners, community legal centres, the courts and members of the community.
You will also support VLA staff and internal and external stakeholders to apply Victoria Legal Aid’s (VLA) guidelines, policies and standards, and inform and support training development and delivery in Operations team.
This role is based at our Melbourne CBD office on Wurundjeri Country.
