Job summary: The Operations Coordinator ensures smooth, efficient business operations by supporting daily workflows, managing resources, and facilitating communication between teams, acting as a central point for administrative and operational tasks to keep projects and processes on track. Key tasks: Administrative Support: Handle daily administrative duties, maintain records, and support global senior management. Administration of operations systems including CRM, HR, Training and IT, and maintain control of user access. Coordinate issue/support ticket requests with external parties. Reporting & Analysis: Routinely collect and analyse operational data outputs, track KPIs, and prepare reports for stakeholders as required Logistics & Resources: Liaise with vendors, manage supplies, and ensure resources are available for global operations and employees. Coordinate global logistics and customs for efficient sample delivery from customers to the laboratories, including management of relevant licences. Training: Coordinate distribution of routine training requirements to all staff. Maintain staff training packages ensuring relevant to current needs. Recruitment: Support recruitment related administration including job adverts, CV screening and arranging interviews and follow-ups with candidates. Coordinate onboarding of new employees. Coordination: Manage team schedules, calendars, meeting logistics, and company communications. Project Support: Aid in project delivery, providing support from planning to execution, tracking project timelines and deliverables where required, and support special events as needed. Compliance: Ensure global adherence to relevant quality, health and safety, and industry regulations. Manage global insurance policies. Essential qualifications, skills and experience: Proven experience in operations, administration, or a related field. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of organising and prioritising workload to meet business needs. Proactive, solution-orientated, accurate and efficient. Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and relevant operational software. Flexible attitude, ability to multitask and calm under pressure. Desired qualifications, skills and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant subject. Why join us?
