WePlay Sports Centre is looking for a full-time Operations Coordinator to help run one of the most active and community-driven volleyball hubs in Ontario. You’ll be the face and the engine of our daily operations, handling everything from customer communication and court bookings to coach coordination and event hosting.
This role is perfect for someone outgoing, energetic, and highly organized. You’re someone who thrives when engaging with people, solving problems in real-time, and keeping programs running seamlessly. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE & ADMIN

• Handle court and beach court rentals, class bookings, program registrations, and scheduling changes.
• Respond to emails and customer inquiries with care, clarity, and promptness.
• Manage cancellations, waitlists, refunds, and rescheduling with a high attention to detail.
