On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an Operations Coordinator, Workforce Management for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 4 days onsite at our client’s Bedford, Nova Scotia office.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Operations Coordinator, Workforce Management will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless onboarding of staff in accordance with Statements of Work (SOW). The position involves collaboration with stakeholders to maintain compliance and support efficient workforce operations.

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR, WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 1-2 years HR-related coordination experience
  • Experience with suppliers and SOWs
  • Attention to detail to avoid mistakes
  • Ability to manage business partners effectively
  • Self-starter with motivation to optimize processes
  • Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
