JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented, bilingual Operations Data Analyst to support multiple areas of our business, including payroll, purchasing, inventory management, piece-rate tracking, cost analysis, and farm-office tech support.
This hybrid role combines data entry, analysis, and hands-on operational support with opportunities for growth and increased responsibility. This is a salaried position offering flexibility based on task completion.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bilingual (English/Spanish Required)
• Based in Florida with ability to work on-site as needed (hybrid schedule with 2-3 remote days)
• Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with databases and reporting software
• Hardworking, reliable, and a collaborative team player
• No degree required, but willingness to learn and grow within the company is essential

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Punta Gorda, FL 3398

• Support day-to-day purchasing and inventory management, working closely with the purchasing manager during a 12-month apprenticeship, with the goal to eventually take over purchasing duties including vendor coordination and strategic support.
• Manage payroll data entry and cleanup to ensure accuracy and efficiency; handle piece-rate data collection and productivity reporting using new software tools.
• Perform detailed farm yield and cost analysis by entering and analyzing acreage, yields, and associated costs.
• Provide farm-office technical support, assisting crew leaders with apps, WiFi, email troubleshooting, and other tech-related tasks.
• Assist during peak business periods with data entry for sales orders and other administrative functions.
• Collaborate with the team to identify process improvements and maintain data accuracy across all reporting.
• Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, effectively working with individuals of varying technological and analytical proficiency to ensure smooth operations and knowledge sharing.
