Modern Technology Solutions, Inc. (MTSI) is seeking a Operations & Debrief Analyst to join the growing team at Nellis AFB for the USAFWC Exercise support. Candidate will be responsible for work in a multitasking, quick-paced, dynamic environment supporting USAF Warfare Center Large Force Exercises, Operational Test and Tactics Development. Candidate will support planning and execution of Chairman, Joint Chief of Staff (CJCS), Combatant Command (COCOM), and Major Command (MAJCOM)-level exercises and events. Candidate will analyze all aspects Large Force Exercise (LFE) mission & intelligence planning to assess effectiveness and provide lessons learned. Candidate must be intimately familiar with Large Force Exercises, Air Operations, all-domain targeting, F2T2EA, tactical communications, and mission execution planning. Candidate will be responsible to gather customer requirements, determine technical feasibilities, and execute product development to meet exercise needs. Candidate will participate in development working groups, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings to advise PM on best methods to support customer requirements. Candidate should have familiarity with python programming language and its applications and be able to use it to visualize and communicate data sets meaningfully. Candidate will provide results and lessons-learned presentations/reports to participants at an instructional level and create stunning visual displays to contextualize and aggregate exercise data. Candidate must have excellent written and visual presentation skills, be able to quickly analyze large amounts of data, and unemotionally assess and communicate mission successes/failures. Primary tasks include analyze all aspects of exercise participants plan to assess effectiveness & performance across all domains and disciplines, including ISR, C2, Non-Kinetics, Space, and targeting. Gather customer requirements to provide results and lessons-learned data/reports to participants at an instructional level and create stunning visual displays to contextualize and aggregate exercise data. Create storyboards, mission timelines and other graphical products to support lessons learned and debrief. Participate in development working groups, design reviews, and technical interchange meetings to advise PM on best practices and emerging capabilities to enhance debrief & analysis. Effectively liaison and integrate with national-level agencies, DoD, Services, CCMDs, Coalition partners, and intelligence agencies. Required Skills: • At least 8 years’ experience in multi-domain intelligence exploitation, integration and analysis. • AOC or Joint planning experience highly desired, with at least 5 years’ experience in combat operations, F2T2EA/Kill-chain execution & analysis, targeting processes, and Dynamic Targeting. • Demonstrated experience creating mission analysis, mission summary, and detailed analytic products for GO-level delivery/use • Expertise to conduct effective liaison with national-level agencies, DoD, Services, CCMDs, Coalition partners, and intelligence agencies. • Possess strong analytic skills and be capable of operating in a demanding environment while handling multiple tasks simultaneously. • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Red/Blue/Gray strategic and tactical systems and their associated armaments. • Strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to provide briefings to warfighters and staff officers at a senior instructor level. • Familiarity with current intelligence tools/processes, such as: FADE/MIST, Bodhi, DIME, SIMDIS, Thresher, Google Earth, ArcGIS, MIDB/NPW, mIRC/Chat Surfer, SNAPGLASS, intelbook, Targeting databases, etc. Desired Skills: • Assist in the development of tools and processes to include: development of tailored visualizations, user experience and interface updates, automation of manual workflows, multi-system integrations, and after-action review product creation. • Experience automating workflows and processes with programming tools (python, VBA, excel, etc.) • Experience with AF ISR, NASIC, NGA, DCGS, is highly desirable • BS in Science, Mathematics, Data Analytics, computer science or related field. • Experience using theater and national level intelligence automated information, intelligence, and communication systems, tools, databases, and programs Education Requirements: • Associates degree in applicable field with 9+ years of experience, or Bachelors degree in applicable field with 7+ years of experience, or Masters degree in applicable field with 5+ years of experience. • Graduate of formal USAF/USN platform instructor course desired. Clearance Requirements: Current Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with SCI eligibility and the ability to obtain access to Special Access Required (SAR) Programs and Special Technical Operations (STO) required.
