THE ROLE

We are seeking a confident and capable Operations Delivery Lead to take ownership of day-to-day service delivery within our Transfers function. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality operational outcomes across a range of processes — balancing efficiency, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.
As the first point of contact for managing complex, live operational issues, you will lead from the front, coordinating timely resolutions and driving service excellence. You’ll work closely with the Head of Transfers to support the team’s operational readiness, scale effectively for future growth, and continuously improve controls and procedures to mitigate risk.
With a strong understanding of investment platforms, transfer operations, and SLA management, you’ll use data and insight to provide transparency across your operational areas. This role requires hands-on leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on delivering outcomes that meet our service commitments and support our long-term objectives.

• You know the investment platform and trading world inside out, with solid operational experience in the transfers space to match
• You’ve led teams in fast-paced environments and kept things moving under pressure
• You’re confident juggling multiple processes across different but connected functions
• You’ve delivered improvements in SLA performance and service quality
• You can communicate clearly and credibly - whether talking to tech teams, non-technical colleagues, or customers
• You’ve got a basic grasp of key systems and tools (e.g. CORE, JSON, REST, Python, Pfolio)
• You understand the regulatory standards and industry best practices that keep operations running safely and compliantly
