Description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our Operations Department. This role is essential for maintaining the smooth functioning of our rental car operations by ensuring that all vehicle, rental, and operational data is accurately inputted, updated, and monitored in real-time. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting day-to-day operational tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in business, administration, or a related field is a plus).
  • Experience: Previous experience in data entry, operations, or administrative roles; experience in the rental car or hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and database management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with rental car systems or fleet management software is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer and operational data with confidentiality.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Responsibilities
  • Schedule and assign vehicles to drivers based on booking details and availability.
  • Monitor vehicle delivery and pick-up schedules.
  • Work closely with the fleet and rental teams to ensure vehicles are properly cleaned, maintained, and ready for rental.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues related to vehicle dispatch and rentals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining clear and timely communication about their rental needs
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure the efficient and safe delivery of vehicles to customers.
  • Monitor driver routes, ensuring compliance with traffic laws and safety standards.
  • Ensure drivers have all necessary documentation and information for vehicle deliveries.
