Our How: We work on fulfilling our mission by offering comprehensive after-school and summer programming for 2-8 grade youth, and one-on-one coach mentoring for students beginning in 9th grade to up to two years post-high school, that addresses the needs of the whole child. Additionally, we extend support to enrolled families by providing resources, referrals, and emergency assistance to guardians.
Reporting to the Co-Director, the Development & Operations Manager plays a critical role in how Heart & Hand is able to deliver these impactful and meaningful services. You will support the people who support our students and families.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, finance, HR, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, CRM Systems, Donor Database Management and Data Management Tools.
  • Quickbooks, and Zoom proficiency are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills including strong initiative, attention to detail, anticipation of needs, ability to exercise discretion, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Canva
