Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred for higher strategic insight.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles in the food industry.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Lean Management, or Project Management Professional (PMP) to demonstrate expertise in process optimization.
• Experience in the specific industry relevant to the organization, such as manufacturing, logistics, or technology, is highly desirable.
