OPERATIONS DIRECTOR: CIVIL ENGINEERING & INFRASTRUCTURELOCATION: CENTRAL LONDON HEAD OFFICE/UK WIDESALARY: £150K TO £180K + PACKAGE

A leading specialist civil engineering contractor is seeking an Operations Director to join the senior team and oversee civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the UK. This contractor delivers high-value projects, including large-scale infrastructure, enabling works, and complex civil engineering schemes, typically ranging from £10m to £100m.
As a result of continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to strengthen their leadership team. As Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing projects in London/Home Counties and further afield.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Strong track record in operations management within the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors
• Stable work history with both tier one and specialist civil engineering contractors
• Proven success in delivering large, complex projects
• Experience managing large teams, overseeing large-scale projects, and implementing innovative construction techniques
• Strong technical knowledge within civil engineering sectors including major infrastructure, energy, aviation, utilities and structural works
• Excellent leadership and client management skills, with a focus on building long-term relationships and repeat business
