Fletcher Bond was founded in 2016 when we spotted a gap in the market for more inventive and ambitious solutions to complex property situations. We achieve outsized outcomes for commercial and private clients across the UK through advisory, restructuring and real estate services.

We have an excellent team of in-house restructuring surveyors and LPA Receivers and work directly with lenders and other Insolvency Practitioners, considering not just value recovery but also the art of the possible.
We are responsible for a growing portfolio of assets under management over a variety of uses including large blocks of completed and partially completed residential development, mixed-use commercial schemes covering industrial, office and retail / mixed use and part-complete development projects across England.

YOUR ROLE

As our Operations Director, you’ll lead all aspects of our operations with a strong focus on long term growth, profitability and performance. This newly created role offers the opportunity to work closely with our Managing Director and play a key role within the senior leadership team. You’ll be instrumental in implementing and overseeing processes and procedures that optimise output, enhance efficiency and support Fletcher Bond’s continued success and growth.
